Celper AI is Rokas's primary venture outside Dreamchasers. Co-founder and CTO of an AI tool that compresses the hiring process for Lithuanian companies, he leads engineering end-to-end — model orchestration, the candidate pipeline, the dashboard the operations team lives in. The product graduated Junior Achievement Lithuania's accelerator_x 2025, winning 2nd Best JA Company and the Highest Economic Benefit award, and appeared on TV3 Rykliai (the Lithuanian Shark Tank). He was also part of the initial team at Offline Drink — a Lithuanian natural sleep beverage.
